Mindful Awareness

Empathy, sense of oneself, sense of the other person, noticing this moment, discovering something new.

One of the most impactful experiences that anyone can have is to pause and simply notice what happens in this moment. There is only this moment and it is enough if you stay just here and now.

We learn to notice how breath supports the body, how busy the mind tends to be and how difficult it may be to find stillness. Mindful awareness and acceptance of the present moment are crucial part of any successful therapy work.
